Upon completion of a design project, clients are provided with a complete CAD Model, a bill of materials for all major components, a project development plan, a timeline and an itemized quote.

Development of both the high-level and detailed-level design of the product: which turns the what of the requirements into a specific how this particular product will meet those requirements. This typically has the most overlap with the engineering design process, but can also include industrial design and even purely aesthetic aspects of design.

Prototypes are often the first step in bringing a new or improved product to the market. We offers extensive prototyping services in conjunction with our design services. Production processes are often unsuitable for making a small number of parts, so prototypes may be made using different materials and fabrication processes than the final product.

Manufacturing System engineering is not as well-developed as most other fields of engineering. Practitioners are encouraged to rely on gurus, slogans, and black boxes. There is a gap between theoreticians and practitioners. We analyze the manufacturing system resources and predict performance of proposed factory design and provide tools for optimal real-time management (control) of automation.

For a period of 3 years, we have serviced and repaired automation hardware that has failed over time for larger companies. Typically after in house engineering is at a stand still, we can consult and repair or upgrade hardware that is no longer consistent in production. Farm with seasonal harvest and the pharmaceuticals industry is where our major focus resides.
